GREAT EXCITEMENT IN ROOM 16 THIS MORNING !!!

                                 Room 16 children were very excited this morning as they checked 
                                  to see if their crystals had formed over night...AND they had!!! 
                                        Here we are very proudly sharing our crystallised shapes.

Science experiment - making crystals using BORAX



Amelia is carefully tying her wool to her pencil.



We added a food colour of our choice to the borax powder.

Lastly we put our shape into the borax and Miss Weon added boiling water.
These are sitting in the glass jar over night
and in the morning we will check to see if they have crsytallised.
This is going to be VERY exciting!!

WELL DONE Miss Weon and Room 16.   WHAT A BUSY DAY IT HAS BEEN!!

Ms Hogan came to visit us in Room 16 with her wee leprachauns from her class.
We love Ms.Hogan coming to visit us:)

Mrs. M.R. made a yummy M tea for the staff.  It was all green and Irish food.

We did St Patricks Day activities with Room 3 and 4.
Andrey was able to be his sisters buddy.

Arjun was able to be his little sister's buddy.
How special!


We iced our cupcakes with Green food colouring with Mrs. D Lima.

We made rainbow pictures with Ms Hogan and her student.

Ben's Mum kindly came to help us. Her little daughter Isla had a sleep!
